For singers ready to

lead with artistry.

Build a deep relationship with your voice and creativity, and gain the confidence to shape your own artistic life.

Pillars of Becoming

  • Redefine what it means to be an artist and learn to lead from who you are.

Notice the armour you reach for and learn to choose expression over self-protection.

  • Build the confidence and clarity to collaborate with others, lead your own artistic projects, and attract the right collaborators through how you show up.

  • Establishing supportive frameworks that nourish the inner artist and shape a process aligned with your life, values, and capacity.

  • Learn how to create in the moment, practicing deep listening, risk, and play, and develop trust in your intuition and musical instincts.

In-depth 1:1 Coaching Journeys | Testimonials

For many singers, the calling to live an artistic life is already there.

The question is how to build a life where that calling can truly belong

Hey, I’m Emilia

I'm a Parliamentary Jazz Award winning vocalist and featured singer of the MOBO Award winning ensemble Kairos 4tet. I've spent over two decades performing internationally, teaching at leading conservatoires, and building a life around music.

My journey didn't begin with ambition. It began with curiosity, following what felt natural. What felt alive. Music slowly became a language, a community, and a way of life.

Somewhere along the way, it got noisy.

After years of navigating the music industry, losing and rediscovering my path more than once, I've arrived at something that now guides everything I do:

We don't have to squeeze ourselves into someone else's idea of what an artist should be.

We get to design our own path.

  • When I moved to London at 20, I entered a scene full of gorgeous energy but also filled with strong opinions about who you should be and how things should be done.

Without realising it, I started listening outward instead of inward.

I compared myself. I tried to fit in. And slowly, I drifted from the part of me that had first fallen in love with music, the part that simply wanted to sing, connect and live creatively.

On the outside, things looked fine. I was being given the opportunities I had always dreamed of, headlining at Ronnie Scott’s, appearing at festivals around the world, touring internationally, releasing music, and teaching at leading conservatoires.

But inside, something felt off. Life felt harder than it needed to be.

The more artists I spoke with, the more I realised I wasn't alone. Many talented singers were quietly carrying the same thing, doing everything "right," yet feeling disconnected from their voice and the life they actually wanted.

I didn't want to accept that struggle was simply part of being an artist.

Finding my own way has been a slow, honest process of shedding layers, asking better questions, and redefining what being an artist means to me. The question that guided me most:

How do I build a life as an artist that truly aligns with my values and the way I want to live?

There is no single answer. Some singers need more music and creativity in their lives. Others need more calm and stability so their creativity can breathe. What matters is whether the life you are building actually fits you, your values, your energy, your instincts.

Today, music feels like it did at the beginning: free.

    Working with me

Through one-to-one teaching and mentoring, I support singers in building a deeper, more honest relationship with their voice and creativity. We work on technique, confidence, and artistic identity, but just as much on self-trust and the courage to follow your own musical instincts.

So you can lead your own projects, find the right collaborators, and shape a creative life that actually works for you.

You don't need fixing. You don't need to become someone else.

You get to become more you.
